Blakey's Café Bar

Blakey’s Cafe Bar first opened its doors in 1977 as ‘Candles Wine Bar and Bistro’, the first wine bar in Staffordshire. Following recent extensive refurbishment, Blakey’s, still run by the same family, continues to offer a warm and friendly service with a bigger choice of wines, beers and soft drinks.

Since first opening as a wine bar, good quality wines from around the world have always featured greatly. A wide range of red, white and rose wines are always available including sparkling wines and Champagne.

In recent years, Blakey’s has introduced a varied selection of draught and bottled continental beers. We have three specialist Belgian beers on draught, Stella Artois, Hoegaarden “White Beer” and Leffe Blonde as well as a wide range of continental bottled beers including Erdinger Weissbier, Chimay, Duval and Budvar

An excellent choice of food is available throughout the day. Menus are available for breakfast and lunch together with a selection of daily specials.
